A BOY IS A PERSON WHO IS GOING TO SIT WHERE YOU WERE YOU SAT, WHEN YOU ARE GONE.
It means all male pilots,engineers,teacher,barristers,doctors,nurses,business men and politicians will be replace with a boy(s).
We owe the boys great training to equip them and make the world a better place.
