I welcome all brethren to the general council Assemblies of God men’s week/day 2025.
Reflecting on the theme: Men at work-Increase in productivity.Looking at the literary meaning of productivity which means a state or quality of being productive.The economist have a good of the meaning of productivity:Refers to how much output can be produced with a set of input.Input refers to our different given gifts and talents God prepared for us and deposited in us at birth.
From day one of our study: God and men at work. Ephesians 2:10. For we are God’s handwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
What we do everyday is work-human effort put towards production that is usually accompanied by reward both temporal and external.
God showed us example of work of His creation, from day one to day six.
He put man-Adam in the garden of Eden to work. Genesis 2:28.Afterwards God extended the call to all mankind to work.
Our work is our mission, ministry, worship and assignment.
Then God will require of us accountability of our stewardship.
Work from the aforesaid is obedient to God, so let work with integrity.So work with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since we know that we will rewarded. It is the Lord you are serving.
Day 2: The ethics of work.Principles and models of work.Bible characters modeled all the work ethics we need to know.These men include Joseph, Daniel, David,Nehemiah and Paul the apostle in defense of the FAITH.
At this point let me leave a word with you:Which work have done and increase in it for THE LORD.
What are we to be remembered in terms of good work for the LORD.

By God’s design for many purposes and to answer the questions above I will write many outline in this single post.
In Genesis 1:27: God created man in his own image and likeness.We look like God.Let us not joke with our position,man thou are God’s gist/communion partner from beautiful garden of EDEN. He gave us the ability to create and procreate.
Man is the head of the family as Christ Jesus is the head of the church.Man is the spiritual and economic head of the family.The first priest and prophet of his family.Man thou are gods. Man know thyself.You are the original the original species of mankind.Humanity.
Man is the husband,responsible father.
Man complete Wo-MAN.
This post remind me many things, it call for celebration of Father’s Day not once a year but, cont less times for our duties verse.
In His new creation, has designed and prepared us for good works: Created unto good works, with a design that we should be fruitful in them. Wherever God by his grace implants good principles, they are intended to be for good works. Which God hath before ordained, that is, decreed and appointed. Or, the words may be read, To which God hath before prepared us, that is, by blessing us with the knowledge of his will, and with the assistance of his Holy Spirit; and by producing such a change in us. That we should walk in them, or glorify God by an exemplary conversation and by our perseverance in holiness.
Colossians 3:23
Knowing that of the Lord you shall receive the reward of the inheritance, for you serve the Lord Christ, v. 24. Serving your masters according to the command of Christ, you serve Christ, and he will be your paymaster: you will have a glorious reward at last. Though you are now servants, you will receive the inheritance of sons. But, on the other hand, He who does wrong will receive for the wrong which he has done,
