HRM Harry Etetor,a trail blazer and the first among equals hails from ELILE EASTERN OBOLO.
He was the first elected chairman of Eastern Obolo 1977-1998).
He is credited with laying the initial foundation of Eastern Obolo.He initiated a master plan for the development of Eastern Obolo.The symbol of Eastern Obolo Local Government Council is credited to his administration.
He also acquired and survey the site for Local Government Secretariat and instituted the oil company tenancy rate initiative in Eastern Obolo.
HRM Etetor is a holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Administration from the University of UYO, Akwa Ibom State Nigeria.
His is the current digital HRM OF EASTERN OBOLO at the time of this citation
