Customer Service satisfaction

 SERVICE SYSTEM*|CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

A service system is a framework that enables organizations to deliver effective and personalized services to their customers. It is commonly used in service management, marketing, and design literature. Although the term is often used, it is rarely defined. This concept is often referred to as a service management system or a customer service system.

Customers satisfaction should be an aim to achieve for all business on a going concern. Need for continuous studies and improvements in service delivery. Treat customers as KING.

Best advert I have seen is to render best services to satisfy customers. That one initial customer can bring thousands customers to the business. Before I got certified in customers services,I took out time to meet with different customers in financial sector and many other sectors-customers want to get more value for each dollar and be more satisfied.

A service system is a set of interconnected systems that are composed of people, technology, and external and internal information. The smallest service system is composed of a single person, while the largest is the world economy.

The term external service system refers to the interactions between various entities and people in the global economy. These interactions can be defined as the value they create. Most service system interactions are focused on achieving win-win scenarios.

Some service systems may also perform coercive activities. For instance, they may force customers to provide their services in line with laws.

A service system is composed of elements that have a structure, such as people, computers, and facilities. These elements are also sometimes referred to as a business process or a purpose. A service system's worldview refers to the interactions between systems that are designed to achieve a goal or a behavior.

A service system is different from a work system in that it uses people and technology to produce products and services for external or internal customers.

In work systems, the participants or machines perform various tasks and activities in order to provide the services or products that the customers demand. Co-producing occurs in work systems that are composed of customers who are also involved in the production process.
