The Ekong Sampson Empowerment Program (ESEP) is a strategic initiative designed to support students, entrepreneurs, and skill-focused individuals across Akwa Ibom South Senatorial District. Since its inception in 2004, the program has consistently provided educational grants, business support, and capacity-building opportunities aimed at empowering beneficiaries to achieve their academic and economic goals.
